1 - NEGATIVE: off putting that I had to cancel an order due to obvious typo on year 2026 vs 2025. Seems my email communicating the typo could have been sufficient to change the one digit. Instead, I was require to cancel the order and create a new one.
2 - NEUTRAL: the set of hat, blanket, and bib was great. Would that I could have gifted the whole set like Hesham to his new little sister Maha. Could not find the bib separately. Really liked the three piece set.
3 - POSITIVE: recipient raves about the high quality of the material, particularly soft baby friendly fabric.
4 - POSITIVE: everyone I have gifted the set to have said out of all baby gifts, these are hands-down their FAMILY’s favorite. Quality, personal touch, keepsake.

I accidentally forgot to order the baby cap with the blanket and the Teddy Bear, so I ordered it after I got my 1st delivery and they communicated extremely well about the process for me to get my Grandson's matching cap.
