Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: We ship very quickly. Typically, the next business day. We believe fast delivery is important to you and we will do everything we can to get your custom item made and shipped. Most items are shipped First Class or Priority mail and have delivery times of 2-3 days within the United States.
Q: Can my purchase be returned for a refund?
A: Yes, if you are unhappy for any reason, simply contact us through the website contact form and we will authorize a return. Then, you box up your item and send it to us. When we receive the item, we will refund your purchase in full.
