Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: We need a bit of time to customize and process your order, but not that much! Your order will typically be processed and ready to ship the day after you submit your order. After that, it takes about 2 to 3 days for your package to arrive via first-class or priority mail.
Q: Can I return my item for a refund?
A: Absolutely. We want our customers to be happy with their experience at Custom Catch. If you are not happy with your personalized product for any reason, you can let us know through our contact form. Once we receive your message, we will authorize the return. After that, all you have to do is box up the item and send it back. When we receive the item, we will refund your purchase in full.
Q: I never received my item, or there was an issue with my item. What can I do?
A: Head over to our contact form and send us a message! Let us know what the problem is. We’ll get the situation corrected as quickly as possible.
Q: What can I include in the customization?
A: While all of our products can be customized, your customization limitations vary from product to product. Some items, like our dog collars, have enough space for a name and phone number. Other items, like our throw blankets, have significant variation depending on what design you choose. Either way, as long as you stay within that product's customization space limit, the item can say whatever you want! You’ll know that you’ve reached the limit when you can no longer add anything into the item’s customization form.
